Bill Payment Options During the Canada Post Strike
In the event of a Canada Post strike, we want to ensure that you have access to reliable and convenient methods for paying your bills. While paper bill delivery will be interrupted, please be aware that your bill payment is still due on the Current Charges Due Date.
To avoid any missed bills or payments, we encourage you to register for e-billing by calling the Frontier Energy by Battle River Power Coop office at 1 (877) 428-3972. Below are alternative options available to help you manage your account during this time:
Online Banking
Payments can be made through your financial institution's online banking platform. Simply add "Battle River Power Coop" as a payee and use your account number to complete the transaction.
*A reminder to key in your account number without the decimal point. E.g. Account# 70083.00, please key in 7008300.
Telephone Banking
If you prefer, you can pay your bill by contacting your bank's telephone banking service or call Frontier Energy directly at 1 (877) 428-3972 to pay with a credit card.
Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
Sign up for our pre-authorized payment plan, and your bills will be automatically paid from your bank account. To enroll, please contact Frontier Energy directly at 1 (877) 428-3972 or email frontier.energy@brpower.coop.
In-Person Payments
Payments can be made in person at the Frontier Energy by Battle River Power Coop office during regular business hours:
Address: 135 47017 Hwy 21, Camrose (North of the Cargill plant)
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Drop-Box Payments
Frontier Energy by Battle River Power Coop has a drop-box at their office for after-hours payments. Please ensure your payment is clearly labelled with your account information.
Online Account Access Portal
Sign up for Frontier Energy's online portal to easily manage your account, view bills, and make payments. Go to the Account Page to submit a form (https://www.frontierenergy.coop/join-us/account-new/).
